At Sundown Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
